Sales delivery slip that arrived with item was dated 05/04/08 with delivery sheduled for 07/08/08 which to means you did know when it was being delivered. If I had been told this I could have saved £10.

1. I am suprised that the Standard Delivery is somewhat longer than many other suppliers.

Why on earth dont you use Royal Mail where I can collect it locally if not in. Even next Monday i may miss them again as i have a drs appointment and they refuse to give an idication of time. I would not order from a compant ever again that uses this delivery company, as i have had problems with them before at my place of work |

The customer service department phone YOU to check you have all the neccessary cables etc to run the product. Excellent service.
