Disappointed with the purchase process really. No way to actually speak to anyone at Dabs. No flexibility on delivery as a first time user. No way of speaking directly to the delivery depot. Mix up on the delivery as a result of chinese whispers through the call centre. Ended up having to collect on Monday having been told it would be delivered on the Friday. No flexibility of delivery to my work address. Ad charged for delivery!! Bit disillusioned really. And this is the second survey I've filled out. Wonder if anyone will contact me?

From the time that the order was placed on the Dabs websitw to delivery was less than 24 hours, the competitvley priced monitor was as advertised on the web site, and the box had not been previously opened, this is the way online shopping should be.
