BE Direct - Information

Highly satisfied with the customer support I received after first fride/freezer I received was damaged. New one replaced promptly. Everyone very helpful on telephone and ringing back as promised.

i was totally pleased with my purchase from B E Direct i was informed when i would recieve it and kept up to date i would recommend them to one and all cheers billy.

I was stunned by the efficiency of the supplier in arranging a delivery date. It was organised for the same week and even offered a Saturday delivery which meant I didn't have to arrange to be off work. Truely excellent service, I will be recommending you to everyone I know! Thanks, Tess

The experience was easy enough and problem free; I had preselected the product and chose BE Direct based upon price. Product info on the website could be better in terms of what accessories are included or not, especially cables, but no retailer's website had that information on it. Delivery was prompt and on time.

This is the first time I have purchased an electrical product online and of course I was very anxious. However I have to say that my experience with BE Direct was excellent and I have already recommended them to others. I will defiitely ube using them again. Thanks. Kind regards Mrs De Luca

Good communication, prompt delivery, arrived well packaged, would recommend them, only thing that could be improved would be an eta of delivery for Morning or afternoon.

I thought the response from the supplier could have been more proactive. I understood that the item I ordered was out of stock and I was fortunate in that I was not in a hurry for a delivery, however, I had to contact them twice in order to establish that the order was going to be fulfilled. (Bearing in mind other feedback that I had read about BE, this was not a given.) To be fair they quoted 7 - 10 days and on the 11th day they called to say it was in stock.

Only area I was disappointed with was that I didn't receive an email confirming delivery and I had to phone to make sure delivery was on the day arranged,a minor problem I know but worrying for me as I had to be sure that the delivery was being made that day, the couriers rang early on the day to confirm time window which I found to be exellent, great service overall well done Adrian
