| Overall rating | | | Comments | The experience was easy enough and problem free; I had preselected the product and chose BE Direct based upon price. Product info on the website could be better in terms of what accessories are included or not, especially cables, but no retailer's website had that information on it. Delivery was prompt and on time. |

I understood that the item I ordered was out of stock and I was fortunate in that I was not in a hurry for a delivery, however, I had to contact them twice in order to establish that the order was going to be fulfilled. (Bearing in mind other feedback that I had read about BE, this was not a given.) To be fair they quoted 7 - 10 days and on the 11th day they called to say it was in stock. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Only area I was disappointed with was that I didn't receive an email confirming delivery and I had to phone to make sure delivery was on the day arranged,a minor problem I know but worrying for me as I had to be sure that the delivery was being made that day, the couriers rang early on the day to confirm time window which I found to be exellent, great service overall well done

| Overall rating | | | Comments | The product appeared to be in stock when I ordered. However someone called the house to say it was not in stock. Indeed it would be 7-10 days before it came in. Not happy with this as there was a choice of retailers with the TV at the same price.
Play.com are selling the TV at £629.99 as opposed to £665.40. I expect to have the TV at the lesser price or I will go tp play.com. |

We were kept well informed of progress and delivery was made exactly as requested. Your staff were courteous and helpful. In all, shopping with BE Direct was a highly satisfactory experience. |

Had I known this was out of stock, I would have placed the order with someone else as it was a birthday present. I was told it would be in stock at the end of this month but have heard nothing since, no telephone call or email apologising for the delay. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Due to the very poor third party transport provider who has wasted a days holiday for my wife and did not even bother to say they were not coming, i would never take a chance on Be-direct again nor would i be able to recommended them to anyone. This is a shame as Be-direct appear very good, but that is no good if the customer does not get their goods and it is no good being competitive with prices if the customer loses a day wages so the price now becomes non competitive so i can never take a chance again with them nor put any friends , family etc in that position.

I would certain look again at the site and also tell my friends of their excellent service. The only let down was that i couldn't get in touch with the delivery company to track my order, when it arrived at 2pm the delivery man said he had phoned all deliverys and left messages of delivery times, but i have 2 answer machines an no messages were left. But not a major problem or inconvenience, just thought I'd let you know. Thank you so much for your excellent service. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Having ordered the goods, on saturday, I rang on Monday to ask if I could change the delivery address. I was told I could not, it had to be the credit card address, which I accepted, it was the way the person the phone spoke to me. It was as if I was an idiot!
Whilst I was on the phone they did not tell me it was out of stock, but received an email the same day to ring, only to find it would be in stock MAYBE in 5-10 days time.
I cancelled the order. Did not like the way they spoke to me. I am not stupid and I do understand English! |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | I ordered a cooker hood from BE Direct after being let down by another supplier. I telephoned to check if the item was in stock, but was told that it wasn't and would have to be ordered specially. The operator was able to check the manufacturer's stock levels while I was on the phone and confirmed the manufacturer could supply within 7 to 10 days.
After 7 days I received a phone call from BE Direct confirming the item was now in stock and offering a choice of delivery dates, including the next day. The item arrived at 8.30am the following morning. Overall a very satisfactory experience. |
