Very simple operation, from a customer's point of view, of placing and receiving the order.
Very good indeed, my only complaint is that the descripition of the SDHC card was not detailed enougth. i.e that anything over 2gb is incompatable with card readers on D.V.Ds,Printers and Computers also my Panasonic DMC-FZ20 so you HAVE to purchase the card reader. Most disapointing and I now regret buying the add ons, but the Lumix DMC-FZ28 camara is excellent, so light it is just what I was looking for. Many thanks.
Good service from Pixmania. Pity the product was needed to be returned. Thumbs up for offering to collect the package for me though. Good company to deal with.

There is always scope for improvement in everything, but overall Pixmania is been very good so far.
Order process easy. Great price. Glitch when printing order confimation. Need to sort stock info out - website said stock - customer service said not in stock and no date for restock - next communication was detailing delivery - I nearly cancelled order.
Easy to order exactly the product I wanted and this was delivered 3 days after ordering
I was wholly satisfied with the online buying experience with Pixmania: the goods were in stock, I was emailed with information on delivery day/time and the carriers rang to check a convenient time on the day. They arrived true to their word, unpacked and removed all packaging. Full marks to all concerned - I shall certainly use Pixmania again.

I would advise any one not to use pixmania. The after care service is a disgrace once pixmania have taken your money they don't care. when you have a problem with your product it takes many calls to get through to customer services and then they fob you off give you another phone number to ring and so on. One hour later you are back where you started. you are promised a replacement by a certain time and they can't keep to that. I will be putting my views on many forums so other consumer don't have to go through the same. PIXMANIA BEST AVOIDED STAY CLEAR.
