Commentseasy site to use, good info, good prices, fair price for delivery, I've not yet installed the oven so I hope it works ok, if not this survey is a waste of time.

CommentsThe only thing I can find to complain about Pixmania is the packaging. One order in two deliveries, first parcel the box was about 10 times bigger than it had to be, second parcel about three times bigger than it had to be. I would have been perfectly happy to have waited the extra day and had everything delivered in one parcel and even then the box would have been twice the size required as i'm guessing it was the smallest box they use.

CommentsI have never known provide a copy of driving licence for purchase. This is the worst company I have ever had the mispleasure to order from, it wont be happening again.

If the billing address is different from the delivery address we will always request for more proof to attach the customer to the delivery address, again this is to ensure that this is not a fraudulent person using the card but the card bearer. CommentsAs far as reccomendations are concerned i have already reccomended Pixmania to numerous friends and i know that three of them are due to purchase items from pixmania. Delivery was excellent,i had to go somwhere during the 4hr delivery slot and the driver phoned me to see where i was,i was only 5 mins away & he waited. The price of the Beko fridge freezer was well below other stores and i will definitley use Pixmania again.

CommentsPurchasing item was easy and quick via website on 21.01.08.
Received dispatch notification two days later on 23.01.08.
Delivery should have been within three days. Now 28.01.08 and not received delivery.

CommentsPrices competetive, but still hasn't turned up a week later & now can't track the progress online as the system states my email address is invalid. I ordered a stand for the plasma screen from a competitor & it arrived less than 24 hrs from placing the order - take a leaf out of their book!

CommentsVery good online outlet to buy from. I find it very easy to find what i want, cheap and all with enough detail about the products so that i know what im buying. The only thing id say is to make sure there are instructions in the right language included.

CommentsThe product which is a Home Cinema System was delivered promptly and this aspect was good. Unfortunately no speaker cables were included with the equipment. Pixmania have so far proved quite hopeless in dealing with this omission, despite a number of reminders. I have no confidence in Pixmania's interest in or ability to deal with the problem.

CommentsThe delivery time was marked as 3-4 business days but it actually took 5 and therefore did not arrive in time for a birthday.

I was also disapointed when chasing up the order that the customer service number was an 0870 number.

CommentsOriginal delivery date not met. Information on non-english instructions poor - still trying to find them after a month but appears that the conditions they referred me to have not been met. On line information about the order was not regularly updated.

CommentsFantastic service, everything ran smoothly and we saved quite a bit on the cost as apposed to purchasing direct from a Curry's store.
