I am extremely unsatisifed with the delivery. PDP are totally useless in their customer care and extremely difficult to contact with a valid complaint. Please try to find another service provider for delivering your sales. |

My only complaint is that the despatch advisory messages appear to come from dsgibusiness.com with no covering message, just what appears to be a .pdf attachment. These days, it is generally considered bad practice to open files unless you trust the source. I had never heard of dgibusiness.com so I had no reason to trust them. Consequently, the emails were not opened until I could verify they were safe. |

First time the order was cancelled without callback or assigning any reason, although all products were seen as available. After elapse of 2 days when I checked the site I realised order was cancelled and on enquiry they mentioned to the effect that the card address differed with order, which could have been easily rectified if they had just called as we have moved homes and the banks is in the process of effecting changes from the old address. After having re-ordered paid for Next business day delivery and it was delivered on the 5th day, again there was the long extended bank holiday weekend. I am still awaiting for refund of the charges as was committed my Micro Warehous. I realise probably the order volumes do not allow the agents to give the requisite attention to individual orders, but this is what goes down to the ultimate customer experience. |

I will definitely recommend this site to my friends and use it again in the future. |

I had a web bundle order (very good value for money) and chose 2-3 day delivery; part of the order arrived on day 2, part on day 3. I would have liked the items sent to my work adress but the adress locator was unable to find that unfortunately. Overall good service and I rang cust services a couple of times and found the staff to be helpful. Would use again. |

I would have preferred some manuals to accompany the laptop as I am a first buyer of a laptop and user of Microsoft Vista. Perhaps the opportunity to purchase the said items would have been useful. |
