The service both on the internet and by your customer representatives left a lot of the competition with much to be desired. They staff were extremely helpful and informative and they did exactly what it said on the tin.

I ordered my Panasonic bread maker on Sunday I was called on Monday to say that it was out of stock but a delivery was expected on Wednesday, I was called again on Wednesday to say it was now in stock and I received it on Friday. Well done Freenet and especially well done to Lisa for her polite and helpful calls.

The dyson hoover i ordered arrived very quickly next day ,no problems ,excellent price for high quality machine i ordered,cheapest online at the time of ordering and delivery was free.The phone call i received the same day of ordering was helpful in indicating expected delivery time which was the day after in my case,happy with purchase so far.
