Overall rating Comments Ordered a dyson for my Mother on Sunday at about 1pm. She had phone call on Monday (message left on her answer machine) to say it had been despatched and would be delivered either Tuesay or Wednesday between 9am to 3pm. Delivered on Tuesday beore 10 am. Fantastic service and much cheaper than you can buy in the shops!

Overall rating Comments Ordering of the product was very easy and communication to me by phone was excellent and kept me up to date with status of delivery. I would definitely recommend Freenet to friends. The experience exceeded my expectations. Was a bit worried at first as had never ordered through Freenet before so you never know if you will received goods but all turned out super.

Overall rating Comments The price was the cheapest I could find so I hadn't expected such excellent service. The product came quickly, I had been called to confirm delivery arrangements and my instructions were followed to the letter. I couldn't have asked for more and will definitley use Freenet electrical again

Overall rating Comments Purchased item evening of 10th June. Got a call next day saying item would be despatched that day. Received item 12th June before lunchtime. The price was also best on the internet and £100 less than Comet and Currys. Perfect transaction.

Overall rating Comments the process was very easy. my only problem was that I work 5 days per week and was not able to have anyone at home to receive the goods and I was not able to get it delivered to my work address in view of your policy of only delivering to credit card address. I therefore had to travel 10 miles round trip to collect the vacuum

The Website is easy to follow and supplied all the information I needed regarding the product. Contact through the telephone regarding expected delivery, was a pleasant experience, no long queues or speaking to an automated service system...REAL PEOPLE! Overall rating Comments I found the web process easy to follow, quick and clear even though I am on dial-up. The customer support was excellent. Phone call at 0930 the next day explaing about delivery and answering the questions i had raised on the web site. I would certainly recommend Freenet electrical to any of my firends or family. Product quality (Dyson DC20)and the carrier (Interlink - careful when handling product) both excellent. Delivered on time - at earliest. Overall a most pleasing experience of online purchase.

Overall rating Comments The Company staff have excellent commuications skills/methods, which was proven when a member of staff called our home phone (landline)to check that the order was genuine. The lady then advised us of the (2) day(s) that the goods would arrive. Goods duly arrive on the first day (p.m.) I would recommend this company to anyone, based on a very good single purchase experience (to date). I will consider it first when next buying goods over the internet (subject to continued competitive pricing)....but it isn't just about prices. Price isn't everything.

I ordered late Monday p.m., on Wednesday a.m. advised by a helpful and curtious phone call to expect delivery Thursday or Friday. Parcel arrived Thursday at 9.30 a.m. Received in mint condition. Highly recommend company based on this, my first, purchase experience. Thank you.

Also it was good to have a telephone call/message to say my item had been sent - it felt like proper personal service which is rare these days.

Overall rating Comments Not very quick and did not contact us by email but instead by telephone to advise that product would take time to arrive. When it arrived, they would not send until we had telephoned to confirm that we were still interested. Their hours of opening are quite restrictive and it took a time to get through. All this despite being initially told that the item was in stock and that our card payment had been made. However the product is excellent and they were by far the cheapest on the net.

Dyson Animal and the best price I could find.Like the fact that the delivery was included in the price....not loads of extra ' add ons' for delivery. Good prompt phone response to confirm availabilty of product and delivery . Product deliverd as promised albeit that they had to re-deliver the next day as I was not able to be at home to take delivery.This caused no problem as the courier did deliver the next day as promised on their call card. Excellent all round.Well done. Thanks .....I'll be back !! Bridget Cox
