Choosing and ordering via the website is very straightforward, and being able to choose your exact delivery date is a bonus. On every occassion the items ordered have arrived promptly, and in most cases before 10am.
When the Samsung 226BW monitor debate (S-panel vs. the inferior version) was going on, I enquired saying I really wanted the S-panel. Overclockers responded saying that, to be fair, they had no way of telling which models were shipped to them without opening every box, but that they would do their best to ensure I was supplied with the version I wanted. Sure enough, in under 24 hours they sent me the monitor I requested.
They also have the benefit of a lively support forum which anyone can join, so if you have any issues you can speak to the staff and other customers as well, which is more than can be said for many suppliers. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | Yes |

The customer support and general organisation of the company is appalling.
Similar to the other reviews on this site, I purchased everything I needed for my new build (over £900) on Tuesday night, and selected the next Saturday delivery (only time I am available).
Saturday morning and nothing arrives so I give them a call, and find myself on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally get through, they explain how one of the items is out of stock. I explained how I was absolutely certain that at the time I purchased it (not pre-ordered) the site displayed 10+ in stock.
They offered no solutions other than downgrading my CPU, or waiting at least a week for it to come back in stock. Needless to say the order was cancelled, a total waste of my time.
Avoid this company.
