The confirmation emails kept me in the loop and the tracking service for the courier was superb.
No hesitation in recommending A J Electronics.

Then ordered accessories from other suppliers. 3 days later and after receiving some of the accessories I recieved an e-mail from these guys stating that due to 'system failures' the product was no longer available and would not be re-stocked. I had £35 worth of accessories and no camcorder! All they offered me was other camcorders and since I was only after a high def one, they only had 2 others both more than £200 more expensive than the one I ordered. Don't use these guys, they are a bunch of cowboys!!!! |

Nice lady, Maria, answered phone within a few rings. She confirmed in stock (had five!) and would reserve one for me, as I needed it for a birthday present, just in case they sold out before I placed my web order. Told delivery should be in a couple of days. Delivered next morning, so less than 24hrs from placing order!
Well done AJ’s, will thoroughly recommend and look forward to using again.

The television was received in less than 24 hours from placing the order. The package was in good condition and the unit was assembled, programmed and in operation in less than 15 minutes from receipt.
I can highly recommend AJ Electronics for supply of goods.
I used this company because of an excellent personal recommendation from a friend. |

Only minus is that it could not be delivered to my workplace (bought as a gift for me by someone else so couldn't offer credit card proof). As I missed the home delivery and didn't have a car, it required a 1.5 hour round journey to the courier depot on the outskirts of the city more than a mile from the nearest station.
Suggest AJ Electronics reviews which courier it uses (Royal Mail would have meant I could have collected it locally) or allows delivery to the workplace without the recipient having to fax through letter headed paper and proof of credit card which larger retailers don't require. |

It is very refreshing to know that someone actually takes notice of what you ask these days. I have used AJ before and would not hesitate to use them again. |
