Instead of shipping within 24hrs as promised, didn't ship at all. On Monday this week phoned the helpline and spent over 45 minutes listeningto the "oh hold" musak and messages. For the lst three days the number has been unobtainable. E-mails are met with auto responses.
I suspect that they have gone bump. Even if they haven't, I won't be dealing with them again. I cancelled my order and re-ordered with another site (game.co.uk) yesterday, and the product has shipped from today. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |

After waiting a week and a half I received an email to tell me that my cancellation had been processed and I would not be receiving the item. The thing was, I had never actually canceled it. I replied to the email asking why this had been done because I still wanted the game. After a few days I still had no response so I forwarded the original email again. A month later nobody has contacted me. Although I haven't been charged for the game, I was then left with the inconvenience of having to find it elsewhere. I find it funny that they can't be bothered answering me, but I get a weekly email advertising their website! Rubbish. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |

However, after waiting 240, I decided to ring up the company only to have a rather snappy and arrogant person on the other end. I stated my dilemma to this person, which resulted in no form of compensation. The person stated that the game would arrive in 5 working days.
