Placed an order for a plasma TV since 14 March and it is still yet to be delivered despite many emails to seek status of delivery. They cannot be contacted by telephone either. The email responses they provide verge on childish and unprofessional; they refuse to provide tracking details for product and just insist that it is shipped. I am now going through legal means to get refund. Avoid at all costs Do you recommend this retailer? No

They took payment for the goods immediately - even though 2 weeks after plaving the order, I still have no expected delivery date. The email responses were unhelpful and disinterested. Do you recommend this retailer? No

I originally ordered an SD card, which they falsely advertised they had in stock. Took ages before they got it in and shipped it. Had to write numerous emails and make phone calls to them, as they couldn't be bothered letting me know. The website does not give their phone number but it is: 0151 227 9278 (even though they rarely pick up) This SD card then later failed to work and I returned it via recorded delivery. They then said they hadn't recieved it?? Promised to send out a new one and I haven't heard since...................... Very poor service indeed. Do you recommend this retailer? No

Multiple emails from me, nothing - but I hadn't noticed there isn't a phone number on the site either. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE. Do you recommend this retailer? No
