I bought a 32" Samsung LCD TV from these guys around 20 months ago. It's recently developed a fault so I contacted the store who then told me to write to their Barnsley warehouse....which I did. Basically I got fobbed off Mr Moore (Managing Director) he just told me they're not responsible (which they are!!) and that I should've had the extended warranty. And that I have to pay for any repairs. Obviously under the Trade Description act 1979 the seller should pay for any repairs and/or replacement so I'll continue with my fight against them. Just wanted other people to be wary when considering buying from these guys because their customer service sucks once your past the manufacturer's warranty. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |

| Quality of retailer website |  5 / 5 | | Standard of service - items in stock | 5 / 5 | | Quality of sales service and warranty | 5 / 5 | | Standard of service - ordering | 5 / 5 | | Summary | bought 40 samsung lcd tv dvd player and stand from them called on thursday and was driving over on the friday am to pick them up as son was having a dvd day on the saturday set off at 6.30am got there at 9 only to find tv's mine included had been nicked yes i know could only happen to me any way having taken part in a scene from csi sheffield the shop girl was very helpful and offered to get me one delivered the nest morning for free (saturday delivery would have been about £50) the warehouse called me before 2pm to confirm they had the items back instock and indeed would be delivered the next day the tv dvd etc arrived before 10am well packaged. have told everyone who i know to look at theri website before buying anything as the price for the tv and dvd player was £998 with a 3 year warranty cheapest after that was comet at £1300 even the stand was only £89.00 the cheapest i have found on the web. definately worth a look | | Do you recommend this retailer? | Yes |

Best Price on web when I ordered last week but price has risen by £50 since, but you do get a 3 year warranty from Domestic & General. Simple online ordering. I received the camcorder within 7days but the SD card, free carry bag and invoice for the goods never arrived.
I have telephoned twice to be told a different story each time and that my goods would be sent out the next day. The third time I phoned the excuse was that the SD card has been out of stock since before Christmas, but the bag and invoice would be sent the next day. I'm still waiting.
I only used this company because of the free carry bag. I certainly would not use them again.
