Simple sweet and easy order. No problems in ordering and delievry was on time what more can you ask for?

This is my second order from Technoworld I was very pleased the first time, and i know Technoworld will come through the second, Third, Fourth, etc. P.S. "Keep up the good work".

Okay the honset truth is that I did not like the look fo the website when pricerunner directed me to them for Tosh -1B1, which bytheway is an excellent machine, but there are some very interesting features on the website and the website, despite my initial apparehensions, turned out to be quite user friendly. Received my delivery on day 3 which is good enough given the fact that I had ordered for a free 7 day delivery. The most intersting thing about the company is that they do actually follow up, I called a couple of days after placing the order the person promised a deliery within two days and then called up one day after I received the product to confirm receipt and to query if there was any fault with the machine or if I did not like anything about the product or the company, you dont have that happening a lot these days. I will certainly recommend anyone the company to anyone thinking of buying an IT related equipment and hope that they will be able to maintain the same level of service as I need to purchase another laptop in four months time :-)

Irecently purchased a laptop fromTechnoworld i paid for next day delivery .my goods arrived inside the alloted time space, prices and sevice very good would use them again

Initially happy with the retailer as they appeared secure and efficient, however the promised delivery date passed . Rang to check on order and was initially told I'd need to complete security (already completed, so why the delay) and then informed the price had gone up and was asked to pay £20 more, or get an alternative for £70 more. All this despite the agent sitting their confirming my order would arrive on the agreed delivery date and everything was sorted. A manager did call me and try to sell alternatives, but didn't ever apologise for the mix up, just 'understood and agreed' that I was right to be annoyed. No trust in this company at all and seriously do not recommend them as they can't honour the prices they have sold goods for. I cancelled my order and advise others to do the same.

I don't normally write these reviews but I was so impressed with the price, speed of service and courtesy phone call from Technoworld that I wanted to write one. I ordered a Toshiba A200 - automatically confirmed, courtesy phone call to advise of next day delivery, delivery in 2 days from order even on cheapest delivery method, arrived working perfectly. I would definitely buy again from them!
