Received my delivery on day 3 which is good enough given the fact that I had ordered for a free 7 day delivery.
The most intersting thing about the company is that they do actually follow up, I called a couple of days after placing the order the person promised a deliery within two days and then called up one day after I received the product to confirm receipt and to query if there was any fault with the machine or if I did not like anything about the product or the company, you dont have that happening a lot these days.
I will certainly recommend anyone the company to anyone thinking of buying an IT related equipment and hope that they will be able to maintain the same level of service as I need to purchase another laptop in four months time :-) | | Do you recommend this retailer? | Yes |

Rang to check on order and was initially told I'd need to complete security (already completed, so why the delay) and then informed the price had gone up and was asked to pay £20 more, or get an alternative for £70 more.
All this despite the agent sitting their confirming my order would arrive on the agreed delivery date and everything was sorted.
A manager did call me and try to sell alternatives, but didn't ever apologise for the mix up, just 'understood and agreed' that I was right to be annoyed.
No trust in this company at all and seriously do not recommend them as they can't honour the prices they have sold goods for.

by e-mail and later a call when they became in stock. It was
useful to be able to see exactly how many they had in stock.
Ordering was very straight forward and delivery was inside the
time scale quoted.
OVerall level of service has been very good. The price offerd
by Technoworld was only 68 P more than another website, but the courtesy
displayed and offer for assitance made at very stage has
left a great impression of the company and I will definately
be singing their praises all over.

| Quality of retailer website | 4 / 5 | | Standard of service - items in stock | 3 / 5 | | Quality of sales service and warranty | 4 / 5 | | Standard of service - ordering | 4 / 5 | | Summary | I think I would have rated the company even higher if their website did not look as dull !!! but having said that once you get acquainted with the color combination you will find some very good deals on laptops, I know that for a fact as the reason why I logged on to the website in the first place was because of a free lamp offer with one of their projectors and while surfing on I found at least three blockbuster deals for the laptops and ended up picking one of those which they were selling at least 100 pounds cheaper than the main distribuion house that our company buys from. On confirmation from sales that these are UK warrantied items purchased two of them !!!
Speed of delivery is okay, as I only received it at around evening whilst I had ordered morning of the previous day, next day delivery all the same so I think thats alright
Customer service lines are answered fairly quickly, not sure of the quality as have had no reason to call them so far.
Most impressed from the sales dept they do know how to talk and sell, lollzz I would know I ended up buying two laptops along with the projector
