1. Short delivery even though the picking ticket had been stamped as 'Checked'
2. Poor packing led to damaged goods being received yet again
3. Poor invoicing -where are the correct invoices for goods supplied?

I've been reorganising things so I can work from home this week to take delivery without my family seeing what I have bought them. It now appears that items have not been sent yet. Why no emails confirming it wasn't sent. This is why I left Novatech! You have always been better than this.

I ordered TDK-DVD-R 50 pack which was flagged as availabe.However when I checked order history I was surprised to see it was on back order.I decided to wait but when it eventually arrived the packaging was damaged.On inspection the product itself was still usable,but I was dissapointed with the overall service on this occasion as I have used Pricestorm quite often in the past and been quite satisfied.Thank you for allowing me to air my veiws on this.
