| Overall rating | | | Comments | Good experience apart from 2 issues, money was taken out of my card account before a definet delivery date had been arranged, and delivery from the lorry would have been a problem if my son had not been home to help the driver with the washer/dryer from the lorry to the house as the driver had no barrow. I have a back condition and could not have helped. But in all fairness the driver helped to get it into the kitchen. |

If the manual says that the red warning light goes on immediately when first plugged in I expect it to happen. I do not think the response from their customer services was very reassuring "There is probably nothing wrong with the indicator light but we can assure you that it will light if the freezer fails" |
