CommentsMy experience with TribalUK was excellent in every respect, however, I was told via text that my fridge would arrive between 7.30am and 1pm and it in fact arrived at 6.30am! This was Hotpoint Logistics though, so I don't know if TribalUK had any control over this?

CommentsThe product arrived well within the timescales given. I was given a timeslot which suited me for delivery and it arrived within this time. The two gentlemen who delivered it carried it to the first floor of my house, unwrapped it and took away all the rubbish. Very impressed.

CommentsMy purchase from Tribal went smoothly, unfortunately Hotpoint's delivery service was not as I'd expected. I had an email (from Tribal) to say it was out of stock at Hotpoint, then next day Hotpoint phoned advising me that my cooker was now available and to arrange delivery. On the day of delivery Hotpoint called to say it was still out of stock and rearrange delivery. It arrived as arranged but when I requested that the driver unpack it we discovered the side had a 4"long dent and one of the hotplate dials had broken off. I was offered a discount and a appointment to replace the damaged dial. Soon after I received another phone call to arrange repair but told the dial was out of stock, I may have to wait several weeks. Hotpoint were very polite and appologetic but I am very disappointed and annoyed that I was without a cooker for 3 days due to their mistake.

CommentsOn Friday 13th June 2008 the Panasonic Home Cinema PTX7 arrived and I noted that the box had been resealed. The wrapping of each part of the system seemed "as new" however when I connected up the system I found that some radio stations were preset and there was a CD of Hymns in the drawer! I telephoned Panasonic UK and they confirmed that neither the presetting or the CD were from the factory. When I telephoned Tribul Uk they eventually admitted that the system was a "product return" which had come from another warehouse. They have offered to send me a "new" system in exchange for this one and the CD. I was told to await more information by email detailing when the replacement system would be delivered. I am utterly disgusted with this company and will be contacting trading standards unless they give me a satisfactory written explanation and a replacement product.

CommentsI cannot fault the service at all. Every stage went without problem, the price was the best I found, site easy to use, customer service responsive and helpful and delivery on time.

On the strength of this experience TribalUK will be my first choice for internet purchases.

CommentsMy only concern with my experience was that when I ordered the product it was showing as in stock delivery 2-5 days. It was only after I had placed the order and completed all the paperwork for the credit agreement that I was advised it was not due into stock until just over a week later. As my tv was faulty time was of the essence and I could infact have got the tv slightly cheaper from Dixons but it wasn't showing as in stock, however having completed the finance paperwork I decided to leave the order with TribalUK. I was pleased that it did arrive in stock on the stated date and was despatched immediately to me on an overnight carrier.

CommentsThe ordering process and site were extremely good. The tracking didn't come up as quickly as I expected which was frustrating but the delivery firm were excellent when they rang and the delivery men were great - extremely helpful when they found I was on my own at 60 and with arthritis. I haven't actually used the washing machine yet so can't give feedback on that but overall I am very pleased.

CommentsFound product at best price (and through Quidco too!). Ordered without problems. Delivery was stated as 6 weeks. Recieved call within days advising the product would ship direct from factory by manufacturer's transport within 4 weeks. This was too soon, but advised the delivery could be delayed when for delivery service contacted me. Everything was as stated.

CommentsWeb site operation was fine, though status could have been more informative, particularly with delivery estimates etc. Trying to contact Business was a complete disaster, with contact to local depot impossible. Even when I spoke to someone at national level, the info provided was completely inacurate.

CommentsEasy to order, received notification of despatch the next day and the product arrived the day after. Very quick despatch and delivery. Have used them several times and have always been pleased with the service. They provide good products at very competitive prices. I can't get my vacuum bags cheaper anywhere else - unless I buy inferior imitations. Highly recommend this company.

CommentsI found TribalUK a very easy to use site.
The choice was excellent and the free delivery was a deciding factor in buying the product.
The deliery times quoted of 2 - 3 weeks turned out to be over the top as the goods were supplied in 10 days.
Needless to say I will be looking back again should I require anything else.

CommentsUnfortunately I didn't realise that Tribal UK did not actually have the cooker I ordered in stock or under their own control, otherwise I would have tried somewhere else first. Luckily I wasn't in a desperate hurry or I would have been very annoyed. I ordered at Easter and it arrived last week, and I had to call Hotpoint myself to find out that supplies were on the way a few days before they called me to arrange delivery. In an email, Tribal implied that Hotpoint's customer service line is always very busy whereas I got through twice on different days straightaway.

CommentsAt first I was cautious about purchasing on line from company however concerns totally unfounded. Nice and simple web layout and design (Some Larger retailers could learn from them) and the post order information and communication was very good. Order of item through to tracking delivery and the eventual arrival was fault less and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering wether or npt to purchase from them. 10 out of 10 and I hope that will be maintained!

CommentsThe product had been delyed getting to your main warehouse..... and then delyed by the delivery company. Over all no one could give a an exact time or date or delivery. The product tuned up at 1500hrs of the 25/04/2008 on a pre-twelve delivery time. How is this And I origanaly placed my order on the 15/04/2008 and was accepted for the finace by the 18/04/2008 and ready for dispatch,,, aparently?

CommentsThe product that I ordered went missing during transit with the courier company and the original delivery date was missed. Tribal were excellent to deal with. They followed the matter up swiftly with the delivery firm and ensured that a replacement product was delivered at the earliest possible opportunity and are refunding the fee I paid for Saturday delivery.

Staff at the help desk were very polite and helpful and ensured that the problem was quickly dealt with and wasn't a problem I had to deal with directly.

CommentsOrdered Sony 40" LCD TV after finding Tribal was by far the best price. Initially I wondered if I should order from Tribal after reading some less than glowing reviews. But I took the plunge, and I'm glad that I did. The price was right and the delivery was extremely quick. I received emails telling me what was happening with the order (including a tracking number). Overall superb service - highly recommended. Of course I cannot comment on what happens if something goes wrong, because nothing has.

CommentsExperience very good. Only one small irritation where I emaied a query haveing read the Returns Policy and received an automated reply directing me to the Returns Policy. I rang and spoke to one of the chaps and the query was dealt with. Just a minor thing although I found the Order Tracking screen difficult to understand !

CommentsThe whole process from ordering to delivery with Tribal was excellent. The products were available at a very competitive price, and the information was excellent. Tribal sent emails and a text message to my mobile phone letting me know when the items would be delivered. And they did deliver exactly as they said they would. I would have no hesitation in buying from Tribal again, and would 100% recommend them.

CommentsOver all pleased with the service from tribal.com delived within the time they said on little problem was that the first we new about the delvery was the evening before at about 8.00pm which could have left a problem with getting someone there to take it in at such short notice but this could be down to the up and coming easter holiday but a email a day or two earlier would have been nice
but other than that 10 out of 10

CommentsShame that price for the item was reduced directly after I had purchased the item... every little helps. Item purchased was KDL40D3500U and item delivered was same, but did not have the 'U' at the end, meaning the item was not a UK product... Otherwise, online service was quite simple and apart from the above, exactly what I wanted from an online purchase... Delivery was super quick, which makes up for the minimal problems. I would certainly recommend their online facility.

CommentsFaster than any high street retailer, less than 75% of cost delivered straight from factory by delivery folk who knew their job ( hotpoint, indesit uk).
Also sunday evening phone to confirm delivery; all in all the service must be unhard of the UK.

CommentsI've bought from Tribal before and would probably do so again, as my first experience was great. But this time the manufacturer couldn't provide the stock (although the item showed as available when I bought it online) so I was left without a hoover for three weeks in a house with three cats. Not a good experience. Not directly the fault of Tribal, I appreciate, but there were clearly problems between them and the manufacturer. So I'm not particularly happu about that. But the item is great and I do appreciate the helpful way that Tribal staff deal with enquiries about this sort of thing.
