Overall rating Comments The delivery process was excellent, I got an email and a text to confirm a 3 hour time slot the day before the delivery and it did arrive within that period. The product was well packaged and the delivery guy was very helpful. The product was described well on the website and I am very happy with the overall process from order to delivery and with the quality of the product itself.

Overall rating Comments When originally enquiring, I unwisely mentioned that the purchase was subject to my insurers approval. Armed with this, I found the next day that the price had been increased by around £100. By waiting pover the w/e, it had returned to the level which was acceptable. I felt the increase was made specifically to catch me and was not impressed. Delivery was excellent.

Overall rating Comments Online purchasing website and subsequent arrangement of delivery to a 3rd party on my behalf were very good (It was disappointing that you could not arrange delivery to N.Ireland by Parcelforce as I had to do). Provided the most important factor, pricing, is the most competitive, I will have no qualms about ordering from 365 again

Overall rating Comments From start to finish a most rewarding experience. Checked the price from various online stores, with the free delivery worked out to be the most cost effective (cheapest). Order confirmed in minutes, was emailed and sms'd day before prearranged delivery date. product arrived 2 hours into the arranged 3 hour time slot. Driver was very polite and delivered it into the kitchen. I unwrapped the machine no damage, prepared it and plugged it in, works great. would not hesitate to use 365 again, would recommend to anyone. If this sounds as if it was written by the company i can assure you it wasn't. D.G.

Overall rating Comments My primary reason for purchasing from 365 Electrical was financial. I had selected the item from a high street retailer, but before I purchased I checked the internet. Through PriceRunner I found I could buy the item much cheaper and in addition get free delivery. Overall, compared with the retailer I saved £80.04. My chosen fridge/freezer is excellent. The service from 365 was excellent. The delivery drivers were courteous and helpful. All round this was a very satisfactory purchase

Overall rating Comments The price of the washing machine was much cheaper than anywhere else I had looked at. The viewing & ordering from the website was so easy to follow. The text received to state date & slotted time for arrival meant I only needed to take a half day from work, which was a bonus. The delivery men arrived on time & were very courteous. No problems with the washing machine I purchased, everything went very smoothly. I have praised the company to my friends already & would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Overall rating Comments I was pleased with all on-line information received regarding my order. I was particulary pleased that I could arrange a delivery date on-line. I received both e-mail and text to advise of delivery time, and my order was delivered at the very begining of the time slot. The delivery was made by a very courteous and helpful gentleman. As the item was heavily packaged up,I was higly satisfied that the delivery man (and the paperwork) made it clear that I was only signing to say that I had received the item. I was pleased that I then had 48 hours to check the machine for any obvious damage.

Overall rating Comments I would buy from you again.My only disappointment with the whole experience was waiting for delivery.After stating on the order page ,no delivery wednesday & saturday .I waited 2 weeks and no sign of the dishwasher.I phoned customer services and was told i had not given a delivery date.I am quite sure this was not the case,but everything turned out ok. Overall rating Comments Overall satisfactory since, fortunately, I was not in a hurry for the delivery. However, I had to initiate contact with 365 Electrical in order to find out that the product had been delayed from the manufacturers (it should have been the other way round i.e. I would expect the company to contact me if there was any reason for a delay). Once product had been delivered to 365 Electical, communications were good and product was delivered as promised within timeslot.

Overall rating Comments We we disappointed with your website, we feel that you should inform customers at point of purchase whether you have the item in stock, we ordered the washing machine with an expectation of receiving it within a few days, the confirmation came back with an estimated 7 to 10 days due to the product being out of stock, after this hurdle the service was 1st class.
