Overall rating Comments This is the second item I have purchased from 365 electrical. I am highly delighted with all aspects of the service I received. As I am of the older generation and a new internet purchaser I was quite nervous (and slow!) about the whole procedure, but I found it easy and interesting to follow the instructions, as I did on the first occasion when ordering with 365 electrical.

Only came across you by using a search engine and was very dubious about the delivery etc, especially as you were much cheaper than other high street retailers. Overall rating Comments I was very pleased that 365 kept me up to date with what was happening with my order. They let me know that the item had to be ordered, when it would arrive with them and when I would receive it. They text me to remind/confirm delivery times and it was great that they were quite specific (3 hour deilvery slot) rather than make me stay in all day. Haven't used the item yet, but it is packaged well and delivered undamaged.

Overall rating Comments The product I ordered was about £55 cheaper than othe quotes I had for the same product not all was that much cheaper in price but after delivery charges the average was £375, I found the sales staff most helpful and pleasant, delivery was timed for 3pm it arrived at 3.20 pm. Overall rating Comments I ordered a tumble dryer and during the online process I was not given the opportunity to select a delivery date before I made my payment. However the implication was that it would be delivered quickly. I went ahead with the order and waited for communication regarding delivery. I heard nothing. Several days later I phoned 365 Electrical only to find the product I wanted was unavailable - yet they had not phoned me to tell me this. I selected an alternative product which was available and that was delivered on time.

Overall rating Comments Smooth, easy transaction. I was given a choice of delivery dates and then a 3 hour time slot for that day. Item turned up on time. Driver had no difficulty finding address (most do because we are in an unnamed road. Item (washing machine) was brought into house. Paperwork all OK. No problems at all. Thank you very much!

Overall rating Comments Our oven packed up and we needed a new one quick.i went on the net and looked at dozens of sites, each time i compared prices 365 electrical came up tops. All other retailers had delivery charges, some of them were quite expensive,365 had no delivery charges. I ordered on the Monday morning and it was delivered early the next morning,"now thats a quick delivery"! The delivery man was very polite. We are very happy with our product,price and service. Would certainly recomend and buy from them again Many thanks Mrs Oldham

Overall rating Comments The site could be said to have a somewhat 'old-fashioned' look and a little bit more product info would be helpful, but the really important stuff was there. Is the product in stock? Select your delivery date, type in your details and hey presto job done. What could be simpler? This was an 'emergency' purchase for me, but when I get round to sorting out the kitchen 365 Electrical will be at the top of my list.

Overall rating Comments The range of choice, value-for-money prices, customer service when ordering/tracking progress, delivery time/quality (very helpful delivery men!), and above all the quality of the goods were absolutely excellent. I will recommend 365 as often as I can, and they will be my first port of call for electrical appliances. The only drawback was the (temporary?) absence of prices on the Bosch range on the 365 website, and therefore my inability to order the goods online, but the subsequent phone ordering was quick, friendly and efficient.

Overall rating Comments Not clear during online purchase that item was out of stock. Once in stock delivery was very limited - ie morning only, no option of pm at a later date and no saturaday option even at a premium. I work every week day making the delivery times offered very difficult.

I received an e-mail and text message on the Sunday to confirm delivery and the item arrived at 15:30 on the due day. 365 Electrical's performance on this order has been excellent and I won't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Overall rating Comments Our washing machine gave up the ghost on a Sunday evening. We researched the type of machine we now wanted that evening and after "sleeping on it" started to search for it on Monday morning. 365 Electrical came out one of the cheapest on price and after looking at their website there was a possibility of next day delivery. We ordered it on the phone that morning and they were very efficient and confirmed a delivery slot of between 1 and 4 for the following day. We recieved both an email and a text confirmation of the time slot. The next day delivery was taken at 2 pm and the driver could not have been more friendly and helpful, helping us move the old machine out of the house and into the back of our car ready for a trip to the local dump. I would have no hesitation in purchasing goods from 365 Electrical and have already recommended them to both friends and family. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Overall rating Comments My origanal machine was discontinued, but was offered a replacement one at the same price. delivery men were very helpful and did just as I asked. I would have liked them to inform me sooner about the first machine, as people on average only order them when theirs has gone wrong, so getting a new one soon is all you care about, but I was happy in the end. Well done!
