| Overall rating | | | Comments | I found the whole ordering experience with 365 extremely pleasing. The website was very clear and easy to use and there is plenty of choice in each given section. Once the order had been placed, because the items were in stock I was able to pick the delivery date myself (which was great). An e-mail was sent immediately confirming the order and another was sent confirming the delivery date chosen and stating that an e-mail would be sent the day before delivery to give a 3 hour time slot (again very handy). My time slot was between 9.00am and 12.00pm, the delivery arrived at 9.30am by an extremely pleasant and courteous gentleman. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | As far as purchasing is concerned, we think 365 give an excellent service. We have used them twice, and one of children has bought from there on our advice. The only problem we have concerns delivery. When an order is placed 365 give a message saying that we shall eventually be given a three hour delivery slot. However what actually happens is that delivery can be made to our area only on Thursdays (so no flexibility there) and the indicated time is sometime within a 6 hour slot! As it happens Thursday is our busiest day, and being 'on duty' from 7am to 1pm is very difficult for us, so we especially sensitive on this issue. I think they should be honest about the reality of deliveries and say 'it will either am or pm on a day of our (365's)chosing - no choice, no exceptions.' Better still would be to keep to the first promise of a 3 hour delivery slot.

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Terrible 'Customer Services Manager'. We purchased a Hotpoint built in oven BD32B. The picture of the oven we saw and ordered on the website had brown handles. The oven which was delivered had silver handles. The silver handled oven is the new mark 2 model of this particular oven, but is not to our satisfaction, so I rang 365electrical to speak to their customer services manager to explain we did not order the silver handled model. I have never spoken to anyone as rude and ignorant! I have confirmation from 2 other people that the picture we ordered from on their website was the brown handled model. They have now updated their website picture to show the silver handled model and refuse to admit that the picture has been changed so I now have to pay £49 to have it collected. Has anyone else experienced this particular problem? We even contacted Trading Standards in Leicester as we were totally outraged! I have read many negative reviews about 365electrical after we made our purchase. I only wish we had read them prior to ordering. I will never order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone - I will advise people to stay away. |

It took three days from buying the machine on the website to doing our first wash at home. We were given a two hour delivery slot which meant that we did not have to waste the entire day waiting for the product to turn up. Overall, great service, great product and great price. We will definately be buying here again! |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | I ordered a cooker on the 1 march and it wasn't delivered until 25 March 2008, I called up a number of times and was offered very little help from staff (on one occassion I was told someone would call me back and no-one did), I told the staff that I did not have a cooker and felt they were unsympathetic although one man did try and get it delivered the Thursday before easter for me, however the delivery driver fell ill halfway through his rounds and was unable to deliver. The delivery man that finally did deliver it was very nice, he came early and was extremely helpful, 365 would benefit from having more staff like him. |

I ordered a Hotpoint dishwasher over a weekend and was able to select my preferred day of delivery, (the following Friday), almost straight away. 365 sent me an e-mail on the Thursday confirming a three hour time slot for the following day: the machine arrived spot on the 'start' time. An important point was that 365 carry out their own deliveries; their van had a tail lift, a trolley and a two-man crew. Some other on-line retailers would have charged extra for this level of service, but with 365 it was in included in the basic price - and that was the lowest of all those I checked anyway. Very satisfied. |

One let down was when I tried to ring 365 to clarify a point and was held in an automated decending queue, although only starting at No 5 I waited over 1hr 15 mins and still didn't get an answer. I gave up.

Attempts to contact them quickly to ask them to return with said items failed. Am now still waiting for the parts to arrive having been told to contact 'hotpoint' myself. I would have at least hoped for an apology from your customer service department when I rang them to explain. |

Other internet shops did not have item in stock and delivery was 4 to 6 weeks. Text on Tuesday from 365 Electrical stating expected delivery time - between 10 and 1 as I had asked for a morning delivery. Wednesday morning driver rang to let me know his expected delivery time - arrived promptly within the specified time. No problems whatsoever. Would recommend and will use again if price is right |

I then received a couple of calls to ask when I wanted delivery. I had to change the delivery date but again this was dealt with efficiently. The day before delivery I received an email and text with a time slot and the machine was delivered bang in the middle of the slot. I would definately use them again. |

After 4 days we had heard nothing and so looked on the tracking report to find out that it was being delivered from the manufacturer. After another 4 days we called 365 and they arranged delivery the following Monday. Total time taken was 2 weeks and 3 days. Once confirmed the delivery was on schedule, but I would have hoped for the company to have contacted me to warn of the delay after one week of no info. No comment on the machine as its not connected yet! |
