Point in case,when a digital video camera failed. No quibbles about who was responsible, all I was asked to do was email a brief description of the fault...following this it was collected from my office, I was kept informed of progress and when confirmed it was faulty I was offered a new replacement from a selection. Once chosen this arrived the next day. Not sure how the service could have been better! | | Do you recommend this retailer? | Yes |

It was the cheapest on Pricerunner for a very goog product, the Panasonic TX-26LMD70 LCD TV.. However there were no reviews for the company on pricerunner.. I called the sales line and was greeted quickly and politely, I was offered free next day delivery.. however I suggested later on in the week would be better. The product came before 10:30 in the morning on my chosen day and I am very please. I would recommend this company and always check their prices before I shop elsewhere | | Do you recommend this retailer? | Yes |
