buying it online was fine but when it arrived it was damaged,rang cutomer services and not very happy with their attitude towards my wife and i considering we were customers..

Good comms p and p was higher than stated and product was not in stock as stated on pricerunner but it did arrive in the period requested.

Item was showing as in stock on Shop4Electricals website, yet e-mail advising payment receipt said delivery via courier in 7-14 days subject to stock availability with supplier. Payment taken from credit card 21 days before item delivered

It was so nice to deal with friendly people, so much better than listening to a recorded message and then being cut off because the que of calls waiting was too long to be managed. I was kept informed at all times by telephone and everything about my purchase was great from start to finish, even though I had the added complication of delivery to a different address to that they were billing - WELL DONE!!!

I found the site very easy to use. The response from the customer service team was incredibly quick and when I was unable to make the original delivery time I found the team to be most helpful and customer friendly. An excellent business which provides a good, honest, customer orientated approach to its sales as opposed to the more larger organisations, that shall remain nameless, who only seem to care for profit! I highly recommend this company.

Another very good online retailer. Took a few phone calls at one point over security issues but I guess I'd rather have them be more secure minded than not. Loved the product, even better than I imagined, and it arrived exactly when specified. Awesome. Amazing. I love them.

I had no problems at all with the ordering, your responses and being kept up to date. However, the delivery firm rang to say that they would be delivering it between 6.30 am and 8.00 am next day (ridiculously early but my husband accepted it). We set our alarm for 6.00 am (an hour and half earlier than usual) and they only turned up at 8.45 am.

Completly satisfied , even when the model I wanted was unavailable Customer support fed back and changed colour for me no problems . Very good so far will recommend .

The price was right for the item. The item looks great and in good working order. Delivery was sooner than expected and early. All in all a good all round service.
