I was kept informed at all times by telephone and everything about my purchase was great from start to finish, even though I had the added complication of delivery to a different address to that they were billing - WELL DONE!!! |

The response from the customer service team was incredibly quick and when I was unable to make the original delivery time I found the team to be most helpful and customer friendly. An excellent business which provides a good, honest, customer orientated approach to its sales as opposed to the more larger organisations, that shall remain nameless, who only seem to care for profit! I highly recommend this company. |

However, the delivery firm rang to say that they would be delivering it between 6.30 am and 8.00 am next day (ridiculously early but my husband accepted it). We set our alarm for 6.00 am (an hour and half earlier than usual) and they only turned up at 8.45 am. |

Also, when ordering, it appeared that the item was in stock when it clearly wasn't. Also incurred a delivery charge as my location was out of their "free delivery" bounds. This wasn't at all clear when ordering. Overall, although the product is satisfactory, the purchasing experience has been one to forget. Will not use again. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Overall I am delighted with my purchase although having received a phonecall telling me that I would probably have to wait 14 days for delivery,(which I was prepared to do because of the large saving,) I got a phonecall 3 days later to say that it would be delivered the following day!Alternative delivery instructions were then given over the phone but they were ignored and the original instructions were followed!Initially there appeared to be a problem with the doorseal,the hotpoint helpline was brilliant and I would certainly recommend this company. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Was really easy to shop with online,plenty of choice but they had exactly what I wanted at a much cheeper price than the same item sold by other retailers so I am really pleased with my purchase, Delivery Guy's really plesant and my new Fridge Freezer is lovely very Retro plenty of comunication from Shop4Elactricals as to the purchase I made when to expect delivery and exact time which is really useful as you can plan your day in advance should you be at work etc as you could just plan a half day from work rather than taking the full day and waiting in for most of that everyone who phoned were very plesant and helpfull and I WOULD RECOMEND this online company to everyone |

A little disappointed with the manufacturers instructions as the quick installation guide does not mention error reporting. I had F11 displayed on two counts after powerup and finally co-incidently raised the output drain pipe to cure the problem. The fault cured and the washing machine was beeing able to be used. The other surprise I found was of only one feed pipe (cold water) I was expecting a hot water feed too. Is it efficient with a cold feed only as I have hot water available??? |

The delivery date was within what I had expected and the delivery firm were courteous and obliging.

What is more, there are real people on the end of the phone line, no just an automated order -system. Very friendly to deal with, and they deliver using their own van, so no hassle with couriers over lost deliveries. |

I was naturally very nervous that I would get the appliance which I had ordered and that the payment would go through satisfactitorily. Good price but would only order something I did not need straight away. I don't think they should subcontract delivery. | | | Retailer's comment We regret the delivery took 10 days to complete. However we advise all customers in the Wirral areas that they should allow up to 10 working days for delivery and this was agreed to by the customer. In reality most deliveries are completed within a considerably shorter period- often within a few days.

The following day I arrived home from work and there was a message stating that there would be a delivery charge for our area (nothing stated during the ordering process) and the delivery company would be in touch. This was the Easter weekend and when I phoned on Tuesday I was informed that the order had not been processed as we had not verbally agreed to the delivery charge. They then informed that the item was not in stock and delivery would be another two weeks. On their site it stated that it was in stock. I cancelled the order. | | | Retailer's comment NO WHERE ON OUR SITE DOES IT SAY “IN STOCK” AS STATED BY MR. JACKSON. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! (According to a dictionary NOT TRUE=LIE) IF PRICERUNNER SAY THAT ON THEIR SITE, THAN PERHAPS MR. P.JACKSON SHOULD RECONSIDER HIS COMPLAINT AND DIRECT IT TO THE APPROPRIATE COMPANY. LAST YEAR FIGURES STATE THERE WAS OVER £535 MILLION OF FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS. PRICERUNNER HAVE REFUSED TO REMOVE THIS, WHICH IS REALLY SURPRISING.

Ordered on Monday - delivered Friday. No frills service, item delivered into kitchen then I had to unwrap it and position it exactly where I wanted it. No need for me to pay extra for removal of old item as local authority take for free. Not a problem for me but delivery company unable to give time slot only between 0600hr-1900hr. Item in perfect condition and working order- delivery person made sure I understood what I had to do before I could plug it in. Easy to buy on line and cheapest price available! |
