Although i have a slow internet connection i ordered online with them and due to the slow speed i accidently ended up ordering twice! However i was promptly called the next day by a nice sales lady to ask whether i had meant to buy two dvd recorders as they were about to process the orders and didn't want to charge me twice without checking first! She was very friendly and i was very impressed by their professionalism. As i had actually wanted a hddvd player i called them to ask them if i could return it and get the one i wanted instead, the lady i spoke to was very helpful and sorted it all out for me with no problems. After receiving no correspondence I followed up 3 times by email, all of which I have a read receipt for. However not only did I fail to get any written response, but the order is now listed as cancelled on their website despite payment having been made. At best this is incompetence, at worst it is gross dishonesty verging on fraudulent behaviour.
