RGB on-line site was easy to navigate, product ordering was simple and goods were delivered promptly. Current offer was silver delivery but email from RGB after ordering said item would be delivered in 10 days not 5 as should have been for silver delivery. However a phone quickly established that item would be delivered within the timeframe. Item was ordered on Friday and delivered on the following Monday. Also the email from RGB mentioned the delivery company and gave it's website but did not make it clear that order could be tracked on this site. Apart from these 2 minor things my overall experience was very good.
When a review is inactivated, Pricerunner contacts the person who has written the review and asks for more information regarding the purchase or product. After this process, if the review is considered to be valid and in line with Pricerunner’s policy on reviews, then it is republished on the site. If no reply or additional information is received within 2 weeks, the review is removed completely.
an execellent deal and service although when i went to check my order the day before delivery there were no details which i felt was bad. but overall yes they are a good company the delivery was prompt and the delivery people were very polite and brought the goods into the property for me well done RGB

Delivery options are restrictive in so far as the item has to be delivered to the billing adress on the credit card used to pay for the item. It would be easier if the delivery address could be different from the billing address and as a security measure a sight of either a driving licence or passport to prove identity as well as the credit card used should suffice.
The current system makes the payment of a fee for delivery effectivly mandatory if you wish to have an item delivered so it can be signed for at home.
The buying, payment and delivery all went with a smooth efficiency. I now have a very good TV. Brian
