SummaryI ordered a PSP value pack on 24/4/08. It was supposedly despatched the same day for next day delivery. It failed to arrive on the Friday, or the Saturday, or today (28/4/08). I contacted Parcelforce and they said there is definately NO parcel for my postcode. I had to use my postcode to try to trace my parcel as Gameseek refused to provide me with a tracking number for the parcel. They lie about the items they have in stock and they lie about despatching them. Obviously they don't want to lose your custom and by saying the items are in stock, you place an order, pay for the goods in advance and find out much later that they never had them in stock to begin with, and all this comes to light after several emails to them. You'll be lucky to get them to reply to you at all.

I'm still waiting for my PSP, and an email from they explaining 'why' i haven't received it.

SummaryI ordered the PC game Galactic Civilisations II Dread Lords from this retailer and the item was received in good time, eg, next day. BUT, when I opened it there was no manual in the box and let me say that this is a very complex game. It almost looks like I received a budget copy but this game is not yet out on a budget label. Upon further inspection I realized that it was also a German version when in fact I ordered form the UK. You cant ring them and they can take up to 48 hours to get back to you.

SummaryYou have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement for an item lost by Royal Mail. Also, they won't ship to a work address (despite having 3D secure which guarantees retailers against chargebacks). That's if you can navigate through the long-winded checkout.

SummaryFound customer service very unhelpfull and infact off hand reply.They stated items were in stock when infact had not even been released also there release dates differ considerably from actual release dates.enclosed copy of email Will never use again.

SummaryBeware of ordering from this website - if you ever need to cancel an order - it is impossible to do so, as the ONLY method of contact with the website is by e-mail (which should send alarm bells ringing anyway) and they only check e-mails every 48 hours - so any cancellation requests will not be received by the customer service team until the item has already been shipped - and if you had cancelled the order in between them checking their e-mails - you have to pay to both return the item (which they shouldn't have sent in the first place) and pay for the original postage costs of them sending the cancelled item(s) to you - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

SummaryI ordered three items, two on one day and one the next day. The second order was notified as despatched fairly quickly (though it still hasn't arrived 10 days after the order - though before Christmas that's not unusual). The second order still hasn't shipped. After 9 days and several emails to customer service, they finally admitted that the items were out of stock. However, I checked their website and found one of the two being promoted as "in stock now". I fear they have been trying to save postage by waiting for the second item to be in stock before sending the first, despite the fact that this means I will receive nether of them in time for Christmas. They didn't keep me informed, didn't offer me the choice, haven't told me when stock is expected and didn't answer my questions until I pestered them with emails. Very poor customer service. I suggest you buy elsewhere if you have the option.
