Hassle free first class from beginning to end!
My daughter recommended me to Digital Direct having had satifactory service and a good price. I also was not disappointed. I will be looking to replace another television and DVD recorder soon so I know where I will look for he best model at the best price. I have also recommended you to my other daughter.
Good products at a great price. I have already recommended the site to two of my friends.
Really impressed with the speed of delivery and the opportunity to speak to an installation engineer, but I consider myself technically competent so didn't chat for too long, just a brief overview.
As to the product itself (Toshiba 32in HDTV, as recommended on The Gadget Show), it is really very nice, have not got the room for a "large" TV so this one is just great, the picture is beautiful and controls are simple enough, also the sound is quite loud although we do have a surround sound system, but sometimes leave that off because the volume from the TV alone is sufficient.

I placed order as stated as "In stock" and required quickly for a present. Email next day to say not in stock and call customer services to confirm if still want order. Rang & a very helpful chap said delivery would be 3-4 weeks! Rang back to offer me an alternative product which could deliver quickly but not suitable for my needs. Customer services was excellent, but why does website say "in stock" - checked over next couple of days and still stated that the item I ordered was still in stock. Great site & prices if you don't need the items urgently, but can't trust that you will get the item in time if needed quickly.I would prefer to see a true estimate of the delivery time.

The product was out of stock and not likely to be in stock for a while. An alternative product was offered but declined. The order was easy to cancel.
First time I have used Digital Direct very pleased with the product I purchased the delivery was first rate what more can I say
I haven't used the Recorder yet, but the delivery and ease of use with DD SITE WAS EXCELLENT. At this point of time i would recommend DD.
