Digital Direct - Information

I have ordered two items from Digital Direst and on both occasions the orders have been dealt with very efficiently and delivered within two days of ordering. A member of my family introduced me to the web site and I was immediately impressed by the very competitive prices. Ordering on-line from Digital Direct has proved so much easier and probably quicker than going to purchase the goods at a local shop

I received a telephone call advising I needed an extra cable, which they were able to supply at a saving. In total I saved over £84 and had only spent £225, a very good saving. It arrived two days after I ordered it, on the day they stated. Yes i would order again and recommend them

The item was not available in UK at the time of order but Digital Direct promised that it will be available in weeks time. To my pleasant surprise it was I had it installed just 2 days over a week promised. Great.

The price of the item was reduced by £14 later the same day and it would have been nice if this had been amended on my purchase also.
