Quality of retailer website   5 / 5 Standard of service - items in stock   3 / 5 Quality of sales service and warranty   2 / 5 Standard of service - ordering   3 / 5 Summary I ordered cooker, cooker hood dishwasher and fridge freezer in November 07. all but the fridge freezer were delivered as arranged. However, there seemed to be a delay on the fridge freezer and it failed to arrive in time for Christmas. I was told that it would arrive between Christmas and new year and be delivered to me early in the new year. At first Appliance ~Planet kept me up to date with the changes., but by mid January i was having to conact them time and again for information.. The last contact I made with them, I was informed that they would be taking delivery of my fridge freezer on the 6th of February. We are now at the 17th and they have as yet failed to contact me with regard to my delivery date. They were paid in November and are still advertisding a 7 - 10 day delivery on this item, I'm not too happy with the service...... Particularly because when I go on to sites like pricerunner, it is advertised that Appliance Planet have the Beko TDA735S in Stock!!! Sorry. I can't recommend this company. Do you recommend this retailer? No
