Driver got me to sign the from before brining in the goods. He said he can't bring it in till I sign. He did not unpack or offer to take back the pakaging. apart from that I am happy about the purchase

My fully stocked freezer broke down.I needed a replacement immediately. A week was the soonest I could get this model.. This company and Sainsburys and Boots look related to MFI. Why Dont MFI hold 1 In stock ? After delivery quickly looking for dents scratches and breakages and signing to let the drivers go.I found the freezer door seal not fitted down the righthand side and various other poor build defects I had to put right.Either that or wait another week for another one ? So Stock and quality control are BAD and I suspect this is due to hotpoint not MFI.

Easy to find the appliance (BD32 Hotpoint Cooker) Details laid out well (Size, Efficiency, Features etc) Delivery times include Saturdays :-) After being given a 4 hour slot, by phone on Friday, on Saturday morning it was reduced to a 2 hour slot by the delivery driver (again with a friendly phone call) Delivery staff were cheerful and helpful, minimum fuss I am very pleased with my purchase,

I was very impressed with the whole experience, they kept in touch, rang with a delivery slot, turned up on time, delivery men were very helpful and polite. Really couldn't fault them. Will use them without hesitation again, and have already recommended them.

Great prices and choice, but spoilt by the delivery not being made on the first delivery date due to lack of equipment to neogitate stairs (specified) - only just recevied appliance nearly a month after the order.
