Good. Appliance not yet installed (hence the "don't knows" for some questions).
I received detailed instructions that on delivery I was to inpsect the exterior packaging and then the delivery crew would unpack the appliance and remove the packaging. In reality they were in a rush. I had to ask to inpsect the exterior packaging - they seemed suprised that I wouldn't sign until I had - and they did not remove the packaging for me or dispose of same. Otherwise the process worked as advertised.

excellent service other than unable to track order on courier site. However order was delivered early on day stated by appliance bargains by very pleasant and efficient driver.
