I found the site really helpful and were very good value for money. They were able to delivery my product within 2 days and this was to an area of Scotland where most companies seem to be unable to deliver. Would definately recommend them to others and use them again.
Straightforward ordering site. Confirmed delivery via phone call from the company. Delivery arrived to time & haulier removed the packaging. Very happy with the service & the dishwasher.

Good format on web site easy to select a delivery time to suit ourselves. Web site quick and easy to navigate with no gimmicks. Prompt confirmation of order and scheduled delivery date in line with original order. Delivery time slot (4hour) confirmed the night before delivery day. On delivery day driver called to confirm that he would be there in 10 minutes. Delivered on time and unpacked with no fuss. Overall an excellent service from start to finish and much cheaper than going to the usual electical retailers. Well Done and thank you.
My research showed a number of companies using DRL to provide the web appliances service, with big variations in price, appliances online seemed to be the cheapest, so I went with them. The only issue I had is there was a mixed message about when I would be contacted. One email said the night before, the other email said the night before (unless it is a monday delivery, then it would be saturday), and indeed it was on saturday.
I primarily used Appliances Online because I had already decided on the dishwasher I wanted and they sold it for the lowest price.
However, the service they provided has to be the best I have ever received! I had a call and a text message to tell me they would be delivering my dishwasher in the morning, so I knew I didn't have to wait in all day, and then the delivery driver called me that day to give me a more exact time.
Thee delivery men were helpful and courteous, and finally, when I telephoned customer services later that day because a manual was missing, the operative I spoke to not only promised to order a new one for me, but rang me back to confirm it had been done.
I would thoroughly recommend Appliances Online to anyone, and would definitely use them again.
The whole experience was very simple and straightforward however I would strongly suggest that it is made clearer that Integrated Appliances cannot be installed. I understood that, but many people may overlook that ONLY free-standing appliances can be installed.
Info pre delivery was excellent, delivery was on time, goods were perfect - definitely use these guys again myself, and highly recommend them to anyone.

Gas Cooker ordered on line with no problems although it would have been nice to know if the product was in stock in advance of ordering. Cooker must have been in stock as was delivered right on time in the 4 hour time slot given on the agreed day. All in all a very competitive price (even when delivery is included) and I was kept fully informed of the order's progress and delivery by email, text and phone.
