Summary

I have been using Euroffice as my preferred supplier for my business needs since 'July' (07). I find the website quick and easy to use and picing so far has been very competitive (whenever I have time to compare) At the end of the day I need a supplier that is reliable has the stock and can offer me good value! Summary

I ORDERED ITEM 05/06/08, AFTER COUPLE DAYS GOT EMAIL,THAT ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AND I SHOULD EXPECT DELIVERY AROUND 19/06/08. WHEN I SEND MESSAGE TO THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT ITEM WAS DISPATCHED, BUT AFTER NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS WHEN I CALLED TO THEIR OFFICE AND ASK, WHERE IS MY ITEM-SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT MY ITEM HASN'T BEEN DISPATCHED YET, AND I SHOULD EXPECT DELIVERY AROUND 23/06/08!!! I CANCELLED MY ORDER THEN (19/06/08), BUT TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK YET!!! I CALLED THEM YESTERDAY 26/06/08 AND SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT MY REFUND HASN'T BEEN PROCESSED YET!!! THIS SHOP IS ONE BIG JOKE!!! I WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IN FUTURE!!!
