I recintly bought a Panasonic DMR EZ47V DVD-VCR on the 14/11/09. On Total Digitals website it said it was new with 12 months warranty. I was a little confused as this model has been superceeded by the 48V so I telephoned them and yes it was brand new with 12 months warranty, Total Digital said that if I paid for it then I would receive it by the following Tuesday which I did all parceled up in a original Panasonic box, everything was brand new and the 12 months warranty, what more could I ask for, brilliant is the word that comes to mind. I will defintliy order my other stuff from Total Digital in the future, and as the Pany 48V has had some bad reports I am glad that I could get maybe one of the last new DVD-VCR from Panasonic and Total Digital. I highly Recommended Total Digital to anyone looking for digital items you will not be disappointed I wasn`t. 10 out of Ten.

The TV was at an unbeatable price and from the minute i picked up the phone I had a very professional sales person giving me all the information I needed before purchasing this TV. The delivery was arranged for next day despite on the website it said delivery between 2-3 working days. I didnt have any problems at all with this retailer and will be buying again from them. I bought a Sony freeview recorder from Total Digital which was faulty. They sent me a replacement which heavily resembled something second-hand. I complained and they said I would have a refund. Instead, I was sent another freeview recorder. I complained again and, again, they said I would have a refund. AGAIN, a replacement freeview recorder was sent, which I sent back, at yet more expense. This process took so long that they now tell me that it's been too long since I bought it to have a refund. I was tired of arguing, so decided to settle for the product (all of which I'd returned). The trouble with that is that they won't send me one, so I don't have the product and they won't refund my money. In short, they have stolen my money. Steer clear at all costs!
