Return PolicyIf a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Order cancellation must be done within 30 days of receiving the goods. If the goods are returned for any reason other that being faulty i.e. not wanted, the return postage will have to be paid by the customer.
