Summary
I have ordered a fridge/freezer and dishwasher from Coop.  Prices good on both occasions (plus Coop points as we're members).  Service and delivery could be faulted.  Delivered as arranged exactly on time and in perfect condition.

Summary
Quick and easy transaction, delivery was simple however small items (vacuums etc) do not come with a time slot so its 0900-1700 which is a draw back. AM/PM slot or delivery phone contact would be a benifit.

Summary
Excellent service from start to finish.  Helpful sales staff & prompt delivery.  Goods arrived 30 min before slot, they came from Leeds and we're in Scottish Highlands.  Generally companies add days or weeks to usual delivery terms so no issue with a company delivering slightly early for a change.  Would definitely use again.
