Delivered on time. Delivery person was polite and efficient.

Ideal purchase, almost as cheap as other on-line retailers but with benefit of buying and collecting the same day from my local store. No hidden charges, no delivery costs and nothing to pay until colected.

Happy to recommend (and have done already) and I will check Comet prices for any goods I am going to buy in the future for this service.

Finding full details of product on site could be easer, size etc being very important in my case.
finding info regarding disposal of old appliance was difficult to find, I had to phone which was also not easy as the reason for my call did not fit your menus.
Stating that delivery would be between 8am & 6pm is not great but understandable, however a closer time should be possible when the curtocy call is made the previous day, as delivery shedule would be known by then.
However the lorry driver was able to narrow it down to 2hrs the morning of the delivery.
The delivery guys were extreemly curtious freindly & efficent, they could not be faulted.

Excellent transaction from start to finish. Delivery driver arrived at 9.00 ~ on his own ~ very polite and efficient.
We will definitely use Comet's again as mother in law needs a new tv and I have never known such a smooth transaction. 10/10 *****

Very simple and easy, but I paid for a delivery window of 08.00 - 12.00 and it arrived at 12.50.

Went to shop, no salespeople about. Did online whole lot better.

Delivery man was great - please give him a pay rise!!

I ordered the item as a collect from store so I haven't commented on order tracking etc and customer support. But the item was in stock and was available to collect within an hour. The staff at the store were really helpful when I went to collect.

This transaction was made all the easier by the help and cooperation of the local shop by having a product to view and compare products.
