Summary

Dishwasher delivered on time & fitted by currys but did not work. Rang them (know how team) and they were to call me back which they didn't. Over 2 days later I was told they couldn't replace dishwasher & was offered a refund or different dishwasher. Alternative I chose was more expensive & they would not allow me to pay the extra (!!!). I am now waiting for them 2 pick up the dishwasher & then another 5 working days for a refund. No response to my email complaint. The swervice is shocking-obviously system driven rather than customer service. By the time refund comes through I will be without dishwasher for over 2 weeks. I will never use Currys again.

Summary

The worst delivery in this world I think. I d`t now if they have a contract with a delivery company or it`s the same company but they are in two different worlds and conection between them it`s lost somewhere in another constelation. I`m to tired to write all the story but just I canceled my order and onest I d`t think I will buy another items from CURRYS. :(

I bought & paid for a tv. stand & sound system at currys Blackpool nearly seven weeks ago. They failed to deliver on the agreed dates & never even told me that I was waiting around at home for nothing? How rude & pathetic is that? They have cost me two wasted days so far. and seven weeks later. I have STILL not received anything? I'm sick & tired of phoning them & getting no help! The know how team don't "know how" and I have never known a retailer that has made me wait nearly TWO MONTHS before? They even persuaded me to insure the equipment by direct debit. so I was effectively insuring equipment that is not in my possession? How can they make me pay a premium rate to repeatedly and unsuccessfully follow-up my failed order delivery by telephone? THEY ARE BENCHMARK FAILURES IN SERVICES & MARKETING!!!!

i searched for a product on the net that i wanted to buy and currys advertised it for £79.99 on the google adwords yet when i went to place the order on the site it mysteriously was priced at £99.99! what a con. I tried the same for their PC world site as they also advertised it at £79.99 yet guess what it was also priced at £99.99.
Can they not get business honestly?

Summary

I recently purchased a Samsung UE46d8000 television from a Currys Digital store in Cardiff. The staff were helpful and the salesman on the TV section really knows his products. Their know how staff came and installed my unit within a few days which did cost but was ultimately worth it. Best of all this is one of the few Currys stores in the whole of the UK that offers a 5 year guarantee. although only on certain priced products. I declined this because I prefer the higher level of standard that the Know How paid warranty works. Thoroughly recommend this store over the bigger Currys stores if your looking for non kitchen appliances. Fantastic
