Dear sir/madam,
I ordered a Samsung RSA1WTMH fridge/freezer.
I had no confirmation of the order by email or phone until a the credit agreement arrived to be signed.
Then I heard nothing until the product arrived.
I am not happy because we were given no notice of delivery, and therefore no chance to empty our fridge and freezer which we have paid to be scrapped.

The Delivery Team telephone at 2.00 p.m. to indicate they were some 30 minutes away. In fact they did not arrive until 3.30 p.m. This was somewhat frustrating as I'd be at home all day waiting for the delivery - and was anxious to shop some food for the evening meal.

After spending hours going around the local retailers looking for a new TV and getting totally confused I decided to buy online. I spent about half an hour assessing suppliers, etc.and decided on Dixons. Not only did I save almost £70 on my chosen model I ordered on the Monday lunchtime - the TV was delivered the following morning. It was easy to set up and was up and running within a very short time and that was after connecting Sky+ and a DVD. I was very impressed with everything and would definitely recommend them.
