the dixon's website was easy to navigate, i ordered with no difficulty. emails received at all stages informing me of progress. i was then able to track the consignment. i chose standard delivery and my beautiful samsung lcd tv arrived as promised on friday. i did not have to chase them up at any stage. v.efficient. delighted

Good overall service. I receioved 3 email confirmations and was advised by phone the night before that my delivery would be withi a four hour slot. The deliverer called to say he would arrive within 30 minites and he did. All in all a good service.
The only dissapointment was that I had paid for delivery and installation and it was not possible to install the machine. This was due to the abscence of a washer (which I subsequently bought from a local shop for 20p )that was casuinga leak and should have come with the piping. I am therefore not expecting to be charged £20.00 for the installation. The deliverer did write "not ablt to install" on the invoice.
The delivery person was polite and helpful.
Once opened the spindryer was dented to one side.
I was very pleased overall.

I purchased a tvdvd combi and was sent a tv only so had to return and reorder,but could not do bot together.Had to reorder online and arrange pick up on phone which took a few phone calls to arrange.Surely if both were done together it would save time and money.
