Despite their website stating that customers would be contacted with option to cancel if item was not in stock, I never got this email/call/option (they say shipping will happen same day if item is in stock, so it obviously wasn't) Was twice given false times of shipping, then my emails looking for updates were ignored. Finally cancelled weeks later. Should have known better than to deal with a company which claims to be "totally dedicated" to customers, yet doesn't provide a phone number on their site. (They used to apparently, wonder why they retracted it?)

THIS IS THE WORST GOLF SUPPLIER ON THE INTERNET. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STEER WELL CLEAR. ORDERED TAYLOR MADE GOLF BAG ON 22nd JUL; NOW 28th AUG AND STILL NOTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, E-MAILED 6 TIMES AND NO REPLY. CALLED 8 TIMES AND NO ANSWER, JUST GET AN ANSWER MACHINE THAT IS FULL SO CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. BE WARNED!!!!

Lured by the low price (a few pounds lower than other golf sites) I ordered a Powakaddy trolley from 118Golf in the middle of April and when it had not arrived a few weeks later I could not get hold of them on the phone and there was no space on the answer machine to leave a message.
I managed to send an email via the website and received a reply promising my trolley would arrive that week.
It didn't and eventually - after more than two months waiting and having tried and failed to contact 118Golf on several occasions - I had no option but to get in touch with Trading Standards who gave me some useful advice about the best way forward.
Incredibly, I then managed to get through on the number on the 118Golf website and spoke to a woman who did not seem remotely bothered or surprised that I had been waiting more than 60 days for my goods.
She looked my order up and told me the product was not in stock yet. I then demanded my money back

on friday 22nd of may i ordered a new battery on overnight delivery for the saturday and paid the extra £19.99 it was in stock.
it never turned up on the saturday ,monday or tuesday, on wednesday morning i phoned no reply left message on answerphone no one got back to me. phoned on friday and a girl answered i asked why my battery had not turned up she said they had had a problem with the web site then i explained that i spoke to a man there and ordered it.
anyway i cancelled it that was no problem but when i got my credit card statement they have not reimbursed the money now i cant get any contact with them .
