i would never use Jessops again!
i ordered a camera bag from them and they said 3-5 working days, 2 weeks later i email them asking where the bag was and i got no reply, they just ignored me!
in the end i cancelled the order and purchased it from Amazon.
i would definitely recommend Amazon!

My advise to NOT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH JESSOPS ONLINE! Be aware! I ordered camera Nikon D300, Money were taken same day, 21 days later, nothing delivered! Instead every time I enquire about my shipment by email, they ignoring (simply no answer) even worse when calling them, they would tell most unbelievable lies so that you feel insulted and humiliated. (A lie Nr1.tomorrow we will resend our shipment, Lie Nr.2 Next week we will resend our shipment, Lie Nr.3 we have difficulties to contact our warehouse, to find out about your shipment (this one is funniest:)isn't it)) Oh and sure this one, when requested to give shipment tracking number, they give false numbers, that have nothing to do with your shipment! Will they refund??
