WELL DONE BUYERS & SELLERS.
Everything about these people is top class. Clear, and user friendly website, sales people who know their products and answer the phone when you ring and great prices (which always helps).The whole process was simple and straight forward and everything they promised happend. This is so rare these days I felt compelled to write the review. I ordered on Thursday and received delivery the next Wednesday from two well presented and helpful delivery men who even took the rubbish away for me. I will definately use this company again and strongly recommend everyone else does.

Summary

Miele Microwave took over a month to come after ordering,arrived damaged;courier company inflexible,only able to come to the city centre I live in twice a week,would not specify morning or afternoon.We await further news for the damaged one to be collected and replaced.I haven't bought this type of thing on-line before,I would have gone locally had I realised how inconvenient it would turn out to be.I will await developments with the replacement and submit a further review then!

We were very sorry to learn of the problems Dr Gibson had experience when we were informed on the 14th may that the microwave had arrived damaged. At this point a new order was raised with Miele. Dr Gibson was then contacted on 19th May to arrange delivery of this replacement and arrangements have been made for Wednesday 27th May. We all expect this delivery to be successful and for no damage to be found on the new microwave. Dr Gibson's original order was placed with us on 15th April. According to our records Dr Gibson was contacted on 23rd April to arrange delivery. The logistics specialists we use go to this postcode twice a week, a Monday and Friday. An all day delivery is booked and then 48 hours prior to delivery, a timed slot can be advised, Monday 11th May was the first of these days that could be arranged which was suitable for Dr Gibson. Unfortunately I don't think the Monday bank holiday that fell the week before would have helped with delivery availability and for this we must apologize. Without customer feedback we cannot hope to improve our service. We would like to thank Dr Gibson for the feedback she has given us and apologize for her experience with Buyers & Sellers.
