Delivery was listed as within 7working days. was delighted to get a call 2 days later to say delivery could be made 24 hours later - absolutely fanastic service from start to finish and the communication was 1st class - can't wait to use my tumble dryer as weather is miserable - thank you deals4u for a fanastic service - will be putting your name around to my friends should they need anything at all

Purchase a Smeg fridge from Deals4u. then discovered that they are an office in ireland with no stock of their own and deliveries are carried out by another company. Customer service was ok but seeing as they have no control over stock or deliveries it is limited what they can actually do. Delivery took 3 weeks when most other companies had their own stock and could deliver within a few days. Have learnt only to buy online from companies with their own warehouse and do deliveries themselves. I now have the item but would never use Deals4u again!!

Bought a vacuum cleaner the other day and it arrived well within time quoted. Sales people were really friendly and helpful.
