Online purchase experience was good, but T&C were a little confusing.
Prompt call back from 123 the following day.
Fridge Freezer door and drawers were marked. No problems reporting this to Hotpoint who were more than happy to arrange replacement parts - yet to be delivered next week.
Overall experience - good!

Following a recomendation to use price runner it was competitive and the web site was extremely easy to use. 123 electricals contacted me the following day to say my order was being processed and confirmed the anticipated delivery time. The staff were friendly and helpful and i would definately use this company for any electrical purchases. I made a considerable saving on the purchase price and without any additional delivery charges i am completely satisfied.

From initial on-line order, during an evening, the expected delivery time was up to 14 days. Was amazed to receive a telephone call early next morning asking if delivery could be made on Friday of that week. This was not convenient but agreed Monday morning between 0700 and 1300 would be OK. The delivery took place mid morning but assistance was required by the lone driver. Fortunately I was on hand to give a lift to the fridge/freezer otherwise it would have been quite difficult. This was true simplicity in buying what you want without having to leave the home.

I found what I wanted, I ordered it and I was impressed with the security of the payment interface - good to see 123E4me uses secured mastercard. What really impressed me was the call I received on the following day to arrange delivery within three days. The delivery service was efficient and all the packaging was taken away. I usually use a local supplier but they were not as helpful as usual, hence I scanned the internet and found you. I was a little dubious about purchasing over the internet but I have received great service. The after sales, should it be necessay can't be more complicated than Currys and they have a store in town. Excellent service throughout. Within 5 minutes of placing order I received a telephone call telling me when the TV would be delivered and by which courier company, and it was.

We made our purchase on line on the evening of Saturday 25th October, we were called to make delivery arrangements on Monday 27th October. Our cooker was in our home and working on Wednesday 29th October! Nothing I have bought on line before has ever been so quick and easy.

Very pleased with our fridge freezer,great price,great service. I would not hesitate to order again and tell friends and family. Thank you 123Electricals4me
