Summary
I am extremely dissatisfied with this retailer. I was unsure about the items described on their internet website but unfortunately went ahead with the purchase. One of the items I received was faulty and I immediately returned it to them as best as I could, but of course the packaging was opened etc. Their response is that the items were returned unsaleable - well of course, in my view it shouldn't have been sold in the first place as it was unfir for purpose. They refuse to refund me for the item and I am now out of pocket. I would never purchase from them again
