Summary

Their website offers option to deliver to an address other than the credit card one but they ignore it 'for security reasons'. Their customer services cost 7p/min and cuts you off 'for getting angry'. Their complaints web form does not work. Useless avoid like the plague!

A good retailer with good model. I never faced any problem in Blackberry Bold. Even <b><a href="http://www.fommy.co.uk/blackberry-9000-bold.htm"> Blackberry Bold</a></b> is most awaiting phone model of BB, because it has lots of function and good looking too that is why BB bold and its accessories are in demand. Great price, great phone (on pay-as-you-go), had only one problem but customer service were very helpful and sorted it straight away. Would buy from them again and would reccomend. Don;t know about contracts with this company, i have heard of quite a few bad experiences but soe good ones as well. But if you want a phone on pay-as-you-go then this is the company for you.

Summary

I first bought the phone 2weeks ago and was very pleased to start of but when i quickly ran through my receipt bill i noticed they over charged me £10. I immediatly went back to the store and told them but then they started to argue and didn't even appologise, so much for the customer is always right!!! I brought the Phone back and got all my money back. I bought the phone in phones 4 you and was very pleased :)
