Summary
Beware! Guaranteed failure to live up to promises! I had a very similar experience to other HP review.  I ordered online and did not get next day delivery.  I received an Australian laptop with Australian keyboard and cable.  Countless phone calls and countless emails with zero response.  Was promised replacement laptop.  Not delivered.  Only replacement cable received.  Thinking of complaining to the Advertising Standards Authority as goods were not as described.  Also thinking of court action to get my money back as I cannot use laptop but HP still have my money.

Summary
Awful service!!!!  From staff who have an I don't care attitude.  Beware sharp sales from Barcelona call centre!!!  Managers who don't respond!!!

I bought a HP laptop that was on special offer.  Free delivery next day delivery was promised and I ordered online on Sunday evening. I expected delivery on Tuesday but the order was accepted at 16.15 on Monday which meant Wednesday delivery. No qualms about deducting the money from my account overnight on Monday.  

Goods were delivered with an Australia New Zealand plug.  I was offered an adaptor but insisted on correct plug as goods were not as decsribed on website.  I was told goods would be picked up and money refunded and I could re-purchase the same deal.  No one came to pick the goods as agreed.  Two days later I have been told that the deal has expired and the price has gone up by £120.  A scam to make you purchase adaptors - no wonder so many are for sale on the HP website.  

I am still waiting HP to call about my complaint!
