Reasonably quick delivery following order being placed.
Order placed Saturday ,Delivered Wednesday.
City Link courier were used who attempted delivery Tuesday - but not in.I have a slight problem with Citylink as they do not say what time they will come and will not leave anything without a signature. This is very difficult for working people to arrange.

Web site does not show availability of item ordered. You have to wait for a phone call after ordering to know if it is. The item I ordered was not in stock and when receiving a call to inform me of this was told would be in later that week and would receive aphone call later that week to confirm delivery. No phone call was received, sent an e mail that was never replied to and had to phone customer services the next week to find out the position. When item delivered part of the order was not delivered. I had to phone again to find out what was happening about delivering it. Also took out extended warranty, but no paperworksent when delivered. When enquiries made was told that I would not receive any details for between 8 to 14 weeks. Was not informed at any time this was the case. Not kept informed and poor customer service.

Electrical Discount UK "Does what it says on the Tin" The emails,the phone calls and the delivery, were all as promised. Being able to phone the driver was a bonus that no other online company I have used had. It was nice to know that, had the driver been delayed I could contact him, instead of just sitting there waiting.

delivery driver called to inform me of arrival, overall, good service, to be highly recommended. and the price beat everyone else too, so great value, plus excellent service. if only all shops were like this.
