excellent saervice, the company called within an hour of placing the order to tell me when the delivery was going to be.
delivery driver called to inform me of arrival, overall, good service, to be highly recommended. and the price beat everyone else too, so great value, plus excellent service. if only all shops were like this.

Product as expeted and entirely satisfactory. Delivery later than expected: order placed Saturday evening for 48hr delivery period. Delivery therefor expected by Tuesday evening in fact received Wednesday morning. "Not a problem".

I found the website easy to use and was contacted by phone to let me know when my order would arrive as it was out of stock. The product arrived on the correct day. Provided they are happy to retify any problems with the product if it breaks down I will be more than happy to order goods from Electrical Discount again.
